3/28/26 – It is with both feelings of regret and optimism that I share my final message as Pranada Home’s first Resident Director. Creating this website and getting the opportunity to start this endeavor with Sierra was truly a blessing in my life. In the process of doing so, something was UNLOCKED within my spirit that, perhaps, had been locked longer than I care to admit. What I found within myself was that I had been “playing small”, holding myself back from my full expression, so as to “keep the peace” within my community. Many of us often do this, and the common result of such a practice is to create DISCORD within our own souls.
I’m grateful, possibly due to the tremendous astrological energies building up in the sign of ARIES this year, that my Soul no longer found my passive acceptance of situations in life tolerable. This is not to say that anything wrong was going on in Pranada Home. Far from it. Sierra is a BEAUTIFUL SOUL and her efforts to help others is sincere and wonderful. It is just that for me, I felt a renewed call to FOLLOW MY OWN STAR, wherever that may lead.
My calling is to WAKE PEOPLE UP from the political and cultural HORRORS that continue to assault the HUMAN PSYCHE through mainstream news media and social CONDITIONING. Oftentimes, that means confronting SACRED COWS that trigger FEAR and APPREHENSION among the masses. It is a quest that garners few ALLIES because it definitely requires the SACRIFICE of COMFORTS to which so many sleeping souls have become accustomed to accepting.
In order to do that, I have to express myself in ways that are sometimes SHOCKING and often CONTROVERSIAL. This is not a spirit that is compatible with the healing and more gentle touch that Pranada Home seeks to offer the community. There is a special place for that kind of outreach which is dear to my heart, but it is NOT MY PLACE. My Soul desires more ACTION.
And so, with gratitude in my heart for the re-awakening that Pranada Home inspired in me, I extend my well-wishes and best blessings to Sierra and whomever may come in the near future to fill my position. Furthermore, I would like to extend this good feeling to the City of Columbia, as a whole. COMO is truly a hidden jewel of a city, unknown to most of America. I have been impressed with the way you have created a modern city, yet retained a love of NATURE which is on display everywhere through your wonderful parks and trails. The many footsteps I logged here over the past three months walking this city did much to heal my Spirit from a truly tremendous heartbreak.
So it is with great honor, then, that I dedicate this song to Pranada Home and COMO, at large. May you all find the inspiration to follow your own star, no matter how hopeless it may seem to yourself or others, no matter how far the distance your Soul will ask you to travel. May the GODS guide each of you in your steps to your own Soul’s fulfillment!

1/29/2026 – Happy New Year and Happy Birthday to our brand new Pranada Home for Spirituality! The name “pranada” has so many meanings attached to it that I most certainly promise to do a delightful expostion of its many wonderful variations in the very near future. Let’s just start of by saying that the name has something to do with “making a joyful noise!”
A JOYFUL NOISE! How about that? I used to remember those, lot’s of them! Today, everyone seems to be running and fighting, or ducking for cover. At least on the TV anyway. Are you still watching mainstream news? Good Gods and Goddesses, men and women, and all who dance somewhere in and around that gender polarity thing! Aren’t you TIRED of the GASLIGHTING?
A JOYFUL NOISE is what we will be making right here, in Columbia Missouri, in the HEARTLAND of AMERICA! We will also be creating opportunities for QUIET, Self-Relfection, Guided Introspection, and Opportunities for CONSCIOUSNESS and ESOTERIC STUDY. Spirituality is about GROWING through our SELF-IMPOSED boundaries, and learning to APPRECIATE the GREAT WISDOM that this GAME of life can TEACH US, if we will only be BRAVE ENOUGH to ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS, FOLLOW our TRUTH, and give OTHERS the FREEDOM to do the same.

In closing, another meaning of “pranada” is the sound of a nighing horse. 2026 is the year of the FIRE HORSE! In magickal thinking, this is considered a synchronicity, or meaningful coincidence.
We hope to be CREATING A LOT MORE OF THAT in everybody’s lives! Things are about to get WYRD!
2/12/26 – The reason humans name things is so that we can understand what a thing is and communicate that uderstanding to others. When it comes to SPIRITUALITY, that can be a very tricky thing, because, like our natal astrology charts, or even our fingerprints, there is so much INDIVIDUAL VARIETY and nuance that cookie cutter approaches just won’t get the job done. When Sierra was inspired to call us “pranada”, we discovered it was truly an apt name for a spiritual business, precisely because it sort of “resists” that one-dimensional labeling that can be stifling to such a mysterious aspect of our human experience on Earth.
Crowds cheering, horses nighing, Goddess energy SLASHING through the illussions! Bravery and the courage to speak TRUTH! Ringing noises in the ears! A cry for HELP! The BREATH itself! PRANADA is a name and a word RICH with meaning and purpose. We can see, because of the many variances, that our home is set up to serve MANY KINDS OF PEOPLE.
The spiritual quest, as one of my great mentors, Anthony DeMello, taught me, is about WAKING UP. Just like your morning routines before your day gets started, that’s going to be DIFFERENT for everybody. Some like to immediately turn on their phones and computers to catch up with the noise of the world. Some turn on their radios or music services and sing in the shower. Many run to the kitchen to get their coffee, fruit or favorite pastry warmed up. Some shit, shower and shave! With kids involved, the chaos multiplies, unless you’ve worked hard to instill self-suffiency into their routines. This could go on forever, but then you would be LATE FOR WORK! Can’t let that happen!
All of this is to say, we love the VARIETY and FLEXIBILIY found in our name. It gives us the capacity to handle the many changes and fluctuations of life with GRACE, which I think, is another meaning of our name!
